What we do_

We promote good mental health and wellbeing through the performing arts.
Our aims are to: increase confidence and self-esteem, reduce isolation and break down stigma.

Our community workshops are a great chance to try out new activities, make friends, leave stress and worry
behind for two hours each week. They take place at various locations throughout Glasgow and vary in what they
